My friend is now holding the student pass of NTU , he was just accused last month for outrage of modesty, now the case is being investigated, I want to ask that if he is charged under the law and has criminal record, what will happen with his student pass??? will it be terminated, and if he can settle the case and has no criminal record , will he still hold his student pass ???
anyone knows about this problem can help me plz, cause he is now exhausted and totally desperate.
