how comes it take so long while some people get it just 3 weeks...any experience?

hmm...i waiting for 4 months plus...so you suggest max waiting time is 6 mth? sigh...i keep checking ica ienquiry like mad...status still pending

He's not suggesting anything other than it took some 6 months. Each case is different.
