So what time are does this officially start vs when do people start to roll in?
Also, Saint, any recommendations for parking near there? Car parks next to Raffles place are over $6/hour during the day, not sure at night, and not sure if there is a better place to leave the car. Since I'll be coming from the office a taxi isn't an option

Why not? Just go to work by a cab too.

Why not? Just go to work by a cab too.
That would cover three out of four corners of the island

More of a chance I'll come home early and taxi it back to the city.

The best place and definitely the cheapest place to park is under the parliament building. Go down North Bridge Road, turn left at lights at parliament building and straight right. Not many people realise there's a public car park there and probably the most secure!
