I'd say it's going to be the 23rd. Most are leaning that way now. So let's make it firm. The 23rd it is.

Somewhere around 7:30ish should be good. I'll let the other respond regarding say, finger food initially and then those who want to order something more substantial can do so if they want. I know when we do this at Phad Thai, we are usually eating substantial but I'll let the others weigh in on this.
I'm okay with some horse divers initially, but if history repeats itself, they will stumble in from 7:15 to 8:30!

I can do you a couple of large Juban Platters for $90 which works out about $5 a head which would give you a good start then you can take it from there. I'll book you in for 7:30pm
