Hi! We just had a 2 months old baby and is in need of a good nanny to baby sit my son. Any recommendation? I need someone who can come over to my house in the west 5 days a week.

Good luck. Nannies are almost impossible to come by and if you do get one, it will cost you more than double the cost of a full time live in maid.
