Zzm9980 said your conversation was publicized and the link clearly showed it had something to do with the sex scandal. I think he is taking revenge for the numerous cat related topics you, as a Chief Moderator failed to exterminate.

+1

And yes, talking about the CNB sex for IT contracts scandal for those that have no clue what's going on. It's all the rage on every Singapore news site right now.

It's pretty sensational for staid Singapore. What amazes me is that people actually tell these things out loud. Why not just have a nice cup of STFU?

Nobody would have know any of the intimate details if they'd both shut their mouths. This is no different to the NUS Law Prof sex scandal in that regard.

And if she'd kept her mouth shut right at the beginning, there wouldn't be any trial in the first place :D

Well I've learnt a little more about Sinky slang and their sexual innuendos. You can still learn even after 20 years. Does any one remember the 'no money, no honey' books by David Brazil?

So, aside from spatial awareness, empathy and common sense, now even prudence is also in short supply.

For those who are a bit lost - DIY is common slang for masturbation in Singapore.

What completely amazes me is how this woman thinks she can get away with just flip flopping like that. She give detail like an XXX movie, then says "oh i was confused none of it happened?"

She would have just been so much better off saying he offended her modesty, then she could have gotten $10k x4 for it.

She clearly had poor legal advice or perhaps non before her first interview session with the cops and is now desperately backpedaling and trying to recant her statements in order to paint herself as the aggrieved, almost raped party. She should have known that she does indeed have limited rights to silence to avoid incriminating herself but not many Singaporeans are aware of this - it's made harder by the fact that an accussed can be held for a very long period of time before gaining access to a lawyer and there are actually penalties for refusing to answer questions put to her.

http://sgforums.com/forums/1480/topics/399884

In the final summation - there is no wrath worse than that of a scorned woman and i think that's what she is. I personally don't see a lot of corruption in this apart from some leaked pricing. I feel a bit sorry for her.

Yep, and the Jim Aitchison books as well, Sarong Party Girl / Revenge of the Sarong Party Girl / The Seriously Funny Anti-Stress Book. All three of which were done the following two years ('94 & '95) after David's book was released (1993).

In fact "The Seriously Funny Anti-Stress Book has been adding stress to my sliding grills in the windows of my home office as they vibrate when the window aircon gets turned on. It's been wedged between the grills for the past 13 years, in fact!
