I want to setup a new branch of our organization - CBIL360 in Singapore. Please help me to know about scope of business over there.
We are US- Miami based Web Design, development and web marketing company.

How government support to businesses over there?
What is scope of business of the company of the domain we deal?
What are the requirements (legal terms and conditions, criteria etc)
Tax Structure etc.
Thanks in advance!!
There are a few compliance issues you need to take note of if you decide to incorporate a private limited company in Singapore.
1. Company secretary.
2. At least one local director. This is a person who is a resident of Singapore. You could act as this person, if you move here.
3. Registered mailing address
4. Appointment of an audit firm if one or more of your shareholders is a company.
Meeting this compliance is pretty straight forward.
What is tricky is employment. Setting up the company does not give you the right to work in it. You will still need to apply for a work pass if you decide to relocate and take an active interest in the firm.
Once the firm is incorporate, you are eligible for grants and tax reliefs.
