Kitten or young cat wanted... preferably with complete tail

Post by offshoreoildude » Sat, 22 Sep 2012 5:49 pm

My 3 yo daughter is desperate for a cat. Does anyone have any leads on tailed kittens going? I don't need a pure-bred (although I love abyssinians - but they are not suitable for apartment living).

Still hanging around... have to close all the windows at night or I have an interloper in the kitchen.

Do they have tails or do I have to purchase that separately?

They are detachable, it's cheaper without, hence, all the cats sans-tail in Singapore.

Money is not the problem. I just want a perfect cat.

Best to get a dog, they are more perfect than cats in Singapore, cats seem to be scraggy tailless things and dogs are fluffy little fashion models.

Also, dogs are better than cats! :P :P :P

Greg, how come you don't like cats?

I don't not like cats.

I-l just-- I just prefer dogs.

I mean, I'm just more of a dog kind of, you know--

Come home, wagging their little tails, happy to see you kind of--

You need that assurance? You prefer an emotionally shallow animal?

I--

You see, Greg, when you yell at a dog,

his tail will go between his legs and cover his genitals, his ears will go down.

A dog is very easy to break, but cats make you work for their affection.

- They don't sell out the way dogs do. - Huh.
From Meet The Parents movie.

I asked her. She says cats are better. There you have it. Wisdom from a 3 yo.
