Hi there! Does anyone have any experience (good or bad!) of Queens condo on Stirling road?

Yep....I own a property and live in it at Queens....and I am from the UK originally.
It is ideally located, MRT outside, Anchor point 2 minutes away, orchard road, 5 minutes away.
Pool is huge, Badminton court, plenty of BBQ pits......all in all we love it!

There are a few, enough I would think, also plenty of Japanese and Korean mixed with a few locals.
For me it is one of the older ones with larger pools and more grounds!
We have 4 bedroom and look out over the sea..... :)
I used to stay in Spring grove near Orchard, but this one is better for amenities, transport etc

a lot of koreans and japanese expats in that condo, and their kids all love the pool and courts.

the noise from the passing trains is something you need to consider but you'll probably become immune to it over time...

a fair trade-off considering the distance to the train station!

It depends on the unit you live in. I don't know about the other blocks but my unit in blk 10 (which is furthest from the track) and pool facing has 0 noise from the train. ;)
