my wife is Singapore citizen and she is doing freelancer work from 7 years
she have no enough CPF and Income tax that she can get my dependent pas or LTVP, we r married from 3 years .and i hav no enough education that i can apply for S pass or Ep .
may i know there is policy of govt about freelancer worker how they can apply for foreign spouse
both of us r in tension plz tel us any way

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but if you and your wife want to be together, she is going to have to immigrate to Pakistan as it's just not going to happen here. Unless she has a stable job, and paying taxes & CPF, there is absolutely no way the ICA is ever going to grant you any type of residency visa. You can try for a WP though, doing labour of some sort in the construction industry or as an estate cleaner possibly. At least then you could stay here even if you are not earning much.
