Muscle pain reliever ointments?

Any recommendations for pain relievers? I'm not that old but after working out at home. Sometimes in the bliss of the moment i stretch things too much. Its ridiculous to think i should go to the doctor each and every time after, right. Aside from salon-pas or any kind of patches, is there anything else. Got any ideas and where to buy them?

Bengay has been my go-to pain relief cream but lately I have been using Guardian brand Pain Relief Cream and it has been working well for me. Much cheaper than Bengay

Oh nice, thanks for the recommendations! Cheap and effective is the way to go. Thinking about the ultra spicy one, it seems like it can really penetrate the muscles. I guess there's nothing i can do about the smell? Some ointments do have a strong minty smell. I would like to have none of those, but i guess that can't be helped.
