If you think service in Singapore is bad, you have not seen anything yet. Just to give an example. We went to a restaurant and ordered some food. Ask for pork but we got beef instead. When we highlight the problem, all the waitress told us was "its not my problem, its not my fault". The dish stays.

I have had several Russian Visa's both Tourist and Business and used VisaHouse and will always use them, I had no problems getting my visas.

As for Russian staff heehee it sure is a unique place and the mentality of some(most) will shock most I think.
