Anthing like Caspian Lakeshore or The Centris nearer town?

Hi
Have been looking at Caspian and Lakeshore next to Lakeside MRT and THe Centris at Boon Lay. These are great places.

Is there anything like this nearer town but not too expensive...maxium $6K?

Anyone knows when will Singapore allow foreigners? Understand it will only be transit in June.

And it will depend on where you are coming from. I wouldn't expect the borders to open to all countries initially.
