its that time of the year again! househunting!! :O

why is it there seem very little places with just a single bedroom / studio style apartment?! I dont want to share the master bedroom with strangers around (erratic work schedule) and think its time I find space to myself..

what are your thoughts?!

are there any agents who specialize in this area??

:???: :???: :???:

In land scarce Singapore, it doesn't make sense to build one bedroom or studio apartments here. Adding another bedroom means it can also be used for small or medium families. Therefore, the single bed unit is not suitable for multi-use purposes. So, if you do find one, it's not going to be cheap. (There are some and if you are lucky enough to find one, you will pay a premium for it).

There are lots of those shoes box apartments coming onto the market eg Alexis etc so you should be able to get a studio, though i imagine they are not cheap!

Several where I am, at a cost no doubt. Not sure if any still vacant but ours is a new development so you might be lucky. PM me if you want details.
