social visit pass/Employment pass

I am applying for Singapore social visit pass --however my application for US visa was rejected two years back on the grounds that there wasn't enough commitments in India for me to return from USA. How do I present this in my request for Singapore visa? Will it affect my chances of getting social visit pass/employment pass?

I very much doubt Singapore knows about your US visa application. I'd advise you to thus omit it entirely... but doing so might, of course, be illegal.
