Know where I can buy good painting supplies, such as oil paints, natural hair brushes?

Artfriend. They are all over the place (Ngee Ann City @ Orchard, Buona Vista MRT station, Bras Basah Complex (next to National Library, Bugis MRT station).

Spotlight too. In Plaza Singapura (Dhoby Ghaut MRT station).

You can Google them up. These are one-stop hobbyist and art supply centres.
