PEP Annual Salary Question

Post by addy456 » Tue, 21 Aug 2012 9:35 pm

Hi Guys,

I want your quick help regarding to the annual salary declaration of PEP to MOM. My friend got the PEP in October 2011 after that she didn't find the job till end of December 2011 . So in annual salary declaration form she declared $0 salary earned in 2011. After that she found the job in Feb 2012 and left in August 2012 Now my question is

1) The annual salary declaration form which will submit in December 2012. The amount which she earned is more then $34,000 from October 2011 to October 2012. or salary cycle counts from January 2012 to December 2012 and her salary is equal or more then $34,000 in December 2012.

Bit Confusing :). Hope you help him out in this matter.

Regards,

Addy

From MOM's site:

http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpower/ ... eclaration
Pass holders are to declare their fixed annual salary at the end of each calendar year, within 30 days of the end of the calendar year.
So the calendar year, 2012. The fixed salary amount in your employment contract(s), not how much you made.
