The water playground at Jacob Balls Garden (Bukit Timah end of Botanic Gardens) was (and still is) a favourite of my daughter from 6 months onwards - and her frustration about not being able to run around with the other kids (together with my unwillingness to get drenching wet all the time while holding her hands) probably contributed to her starting to walk before 9 months old.

We had our son going to Kindermusic at Tanglin Mall (googleable, you may take a look). Similarly to beppi's daughter he is also pretty crazy about anything involving water play grounds so I can give you few more location if you are interested. Unfortunately none of them in the vicinity of Tampines.

Edited to add: oh wait, there is actually one pretty close to you and a big one too: Wild Wild Wet in Pasir Ris:

Yeah Wild Wild West is a good option but as of now I heard that it is undergoing renovation. Not sure for how long but once it reopens, it will be much better than before. :)

thank you so much for your reply!! Yes, Wild wild wet is close to me...I shall give it a go!! I am interested to bring my son to Kindermusic as I used to teach music myself but it's a bit too far to go each time, let me check out the place and see if it's possible? It's a shame that there's nothing out here.....

thks again !!

You may also want to take a look inside these threads:

Even if your kid is still pretty young some of the places are IMO worth to explore especially as a weekend trip.

Thks again !! Will you know of any similar place to Royce kids gym in Clark Quay ? It's too far for us to travel to Clark Quay but would love to go to something similar as it's more economical than attending structured gym classes...
