Nexus International School

Post by singapore-bound » Tue, 14 Aug 2012 6:16 pm

Hi we are arriving in Singapore in October with our 2 children aged 16 and 13 and are thinking about enrolling them in Nexus International School. I was wondering if anyone had any comments or feedback about this school as cant seem to find any reviews about it anywhere.
Thanks for your help

The place has had more name changes than P-Diddy.

It was the Excelsior, Emaar and I think something else even both those so I am sure you can figure it all out from there.

Nexus is NOT RELATED to the prior schools in that location. It is owned by the company which also operates Sri Garden International and the Australian International School in Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to Excelsior & Emaar it also served as the location for SAS and AIS. It was built as a school and has served many students well.

My point remains unchanged..... in its history it has probably been the least stable.

Yep, like in Poltergeist, maybe it's built on Native American burial grounds! :P

Hi!

I am interested in the same feedback on Nexus and ISS. We've got kids 12 and 15 and already tried AIS but decided not to go ahead. Looking for a bit smaller and personable school community. It's sometimes hard to get any sensible answers here - I find some people get annoyed by school etc questions as they have been asked before, but isn't that what these forums are for??!! Also, things change rapidly in schools, so feedback given 2-3 years ago may not be so valid now. I'm grateful for any feedback on ISS, Nexus, Canadian etc schools. Thanks :)
