Any reasonably priced Private preschool in the heartlands?

Post by Hale » Tue, 14 Aug 2012 1:27 pm

My husband and I are Canadians and just moved to Singapore (living near ang mo kio). We have an 18 month old qualifying preschool and are searching in the area. We've been looking around at international preschools and frankly find the prices too high as we are on a pretty tight budget. We were hoping to find a multicultural preschool with a good mix of locals and expats. Would love recommendations/ advise or if someone could point us in the right direction.

Hello Hale - did you eventually find something? We are living about 10 mins away from AMK - in Hougang and I have also been on the lookout for affordable pre-schools. DS is 15 months old and mixed race. We are also looking for something not too expensive but yet has the diversity.

So far, we have only looked at Pat's school house in both Serangoon and Aroozoo. Any tips greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there. Did u manage to find something? I have just arrived and moved into the Machperson area. I found a childcare centre and talked to the supervisor. She seemed very friendly and told me about the different programmes that they had. I will be going down to the centre to see the place and learn more about the programmes. Any good recommendations from you guys?
