Why? He replies to my emails. I've seen other web posts that are favorable. I'm thinking about going there this weekend. Right now, your accusations are baseless.

My accusations are not baseless....
I have been there, dealt with teh guys employees, who like to throw punches when you tell them the truth....
I got back the deposit and since then no contact....won't answer the email or the request for a full refund....
The set up is amateur at best.
First bike for my 15 year old boy ...first gear could take 3-5 minutes to find and same to find neutral....replacement bike too big....
Wifes bike ok, but I had to pick it up from the ground and try and teach her while they smoked and ate breakfast and having ridden a bike for years and daily doing so now my comments are anything but baseless...
the set-up is cheaply run with young guys who have little english trying to teach???
Safety equipment is in poor condition

you want any more baseless stuff just ask!

Until you posted your anecdotal material, your accusations were baseless... a statement with no backup.

But, thanks for posting the details. I did a web search and came upon quite a number of forums where there were complaints about the equipment being in poor to very poor condition. It has made me rethink my plans as I want to introduce my granddaughter to off roading that will encourage her, not put her off.

Cheers.

SE...did not want to say too much in case they got shirty....as the guy over there threw several puunches in my general direction...which I laughed off and thought about Malaysian jail :?
The thought of smacking him with the helmet as I was putting it back in my car did enter my head!
Take it from me...my son has ridden dirt bike before twist and go, but they had no idea how to teach him and spoke little english.....seemed to be a few young kids trying to enjoy themselves by pretending they knew how to ride.....
I ride the BMW f650 here everyday, rain or shine......and did so in the UK, so have an idea what a bike is meant to do
It is quite a shame as I would have gone back with a different mindset and spent the day training my wife who liked the idea.....but for them to state 2 hours to train and then watch me train her......and then not to answer the mails???? Seriously amateur.....no offense intended with first reply!

I saw a new dirtbike place in Kangkar Pulai, it's about 40 mins from Woodlands Checkpoint. Very new one. Seems very nice. It owned by a western guy.

Check their website; https://jomtrails.com
