Yah it could be the shower foam or soap bar u are using... but if u still need to cleanse... use something that has very little soap suds and has antibacterial properties
i used to have the same problems, i only noticed a difference when i switched brands
but sometimes it could also be due to your diet... do u take enough fruits and vegetables, at least 5 servings a day

I always thought it had to do with hair products. I have long hair and used leave-in conditioner. the pimples were only around my hairline. So i stopped and the pimples cleared and never returned.
the other reason could be perpiration.

I recently went to the National Skin Centre. The doctor prescribed me with some antibiotics to balance my hormones. He said this is the most effective way to get rid of my blackheads, back acne and will evenually reduced my sebaceous glands which is the main culprit of the breakout. The antibiotics he gave claims to be pregnancy safe too. I'm into my 4th day now. Shall see if any improvement. By the way, it's pretty cheap going to seek treatment a the National Skin Centre. Medication and consultation can also be subsidized if referred to by polyclinics. They also do Laser and IPLs

i've always been experiemental when it comes to products eventhough i have really sensitive skin. i used to have problems with bacne and i find that the tea tree body wash from bodyshop works for me. i use it in the morning and just before going to bed.

Try Clean & Clear Acne Clearing Wash, and use with the facial brush to cleanse your back. It works for me. Twice daily. I also learned that consuming vit. B5 (about 2000mg/day) really helps -- good for skin, hair, and nails.
