Anyone knows the exact content? Legally i am still married ( divorce in process ), but about to apply for LTSVP. What exactly does my boyfriend have to swear?

That you have a recognized common-law marriage wherever it is you currently live.

I believe we mentioned this in another thread, but this is not a way out for you. You're knowingly violating immigration law. If ICA finds out (they DO run checks, more often than you think), you'll both be minimally repatriated, and possibly serve prison time. The law calls for punishment up-to caning for immigration violations, but honestly I don't think you'll have to worry that far ;)
