Anyone in Fitness First gym ? Looking for buddies to go for kick boxing and other cardio classes. Just to motivate one another

I will be arriving in Singapore in September and will join Raffles Quay gym.

Hey there,

I work out mostly in Paragon during the weekends or One Raffles quay if time permits coz i work in the East and have to travel to central.

We can meet up for a gym session when you are back in Sg.

I am a fitness first member and go to the "body combat" classes about twice per week with my wife. Either ORQ (little sidenote: The group fitness room is currently closed for renovations) or Millenia Walk.

Will check out the new MBFC one soon as well.

Making new friends and appointments to keep is probably the best way to stick to my schedule... so I am in.

Just moved from London. Live near Marine Parade.

I go to the Fitness First in Raffles Quay and occasionally Millenia Walk.

Into lifting, cardio and occasional spin and yoga flexibility.
