Anyone knows the red tapes pertaining to building you own structure to start an F&B business?
- Do you need URA approval for usage of the rooftop garden of a commercial building for F&B business?
- Does anyone have experience dealing with URA and BCA over building structures for commercial use on a rooftop? Is the process long?
Have checked out the websites but nothing much on the usage we're looking at.
- Anyone know the estimated cost of building a lightweight structure on the rooftop? We want to building something that looks like a greenhouse to make use of the view but can't even find contractor to do that. Since it's not something common, think we are gonna be charge an arm & a leg. Any cheap solutions for a rooftop structure?
