How do Americans pronounce the brand name? I understand it is an American name.

Pall Mall or Paul Maul... or Pall Maul? :)

Not near as vulgar as "smoking a fag" sounds to me! :o ROFLMAO mentally trying to picture you "smoking" a "fag". :lol:
