You are correct, damp0001. You should only list those course/fields of study that you have completed. A half finished course is a a course not completed. Do not list as you would just be showing them you cannot follow simple instructions. Not a good sign.

I'd say not to list it. It is not completed. If your application is rejected and you think this would have helped, wait until you complete it before trying again.

Any advice on filling section "LIST DETAILS OF ACHIEVEMENTS AND INNOVATIONS WHICH YOU HAVE MADE IN YOUR PROFESSION/OCCUPATION"? Can I list things like promotions?

I'd say if it asks for qualifications completed then don't list it in that section. But I'd do my utmost to ensure the fact I was studying for higher quals was specifically mentioned elsewhere on the form (if needs be in a 'white box'? But surely you have to disclose the current basis of why you're here anyway, so...). After all it demonstrates an active and ongoing intention at upgrading skills etc.
If I were a PR applicant, especially at a quality local uni, I'd feel rather 'robbed' not having any chance to disclose what higher-ed course I'm pursuing.

Not promotions. More like breakthroughs in your work.
For example, you started the philanthropy committee in your company to volunteer in community service as a give-back to the society, or you introduced WENUS in your company's IT system.

Hello everyone,
a message of hope to all PR applicants...I applied late last year and got approved after almost a year - 50 weeks exactly.
Good luck to all of you!

That's pretty rude, using your phone while at the opera, don't you think?
You have assimilated well into the singapore culture.
