- If the above is acceptable to ICA, you will get PR

What was the statutory declaration of race by the lawyer based on? Hearsay? If so, Good Luck. I hope SF is right. Getting ICA to accept hearsay evidence is like giving them a cover letter.....

Looking for inputs on profile review, and what can increase my chances of getting a PR.

Race: Indian (Husband - 36 Year, Wife - 30 Year, Daughter 1.5 Yr)
Profession: Senior Manager , Semiconductor Manufacturer
Salary: SGD 10k+ per month (perm).
Singapore Stay: Masters Degree in NUS from 2009-2010, Working in Singapore since 2011.
Tax: Paid/Paying my taxes since 2011
Wife status - Post Grad Diploma from NUS, Software Engineer ( working for last 4 Years) Earning about 5K+ per month (perm)

Both are on EP.

Applied PR for my family: Myself, Wife, Daughter(Born in Singapore, about 1.5Yr Old) and were rejected in Dec `22, with no specific reason - and generic statement of " continue to work in Singapore unitl your EP is valid"

We live in HDB, and have cordial relations with our neighbors and bond over festivals like Hari Raya / Deepavali and CNY - However, these things cant be really documented to showcase towards societal integration.

Any inputs on how we can strengthen our profile towards ICA's favorable list will help :)

Was that your first PR rejection?
I would say improve salary and then try again after 2 years

My last PR Rejection was in Jan 2021.. Unfortunately bad economic environment this year kind of water down my hopes in the short term :(

Trying to get your view, what do you think is a reasonable pay scale for Masters holder with 12 Years of Work Experience to stand a good chance here?

You didnt read my question. How many PR applications have you submitted in the last 12 years?

The reasonable pay scale in in relation to your ethnic quota competition, age and years of experience.. If you have something > 12-14K for Indian , your age and also a job with good specialisation/shortage in Sg, then your chances would be good.

Just for example: A People/project manager or a Software Engineer - will not be easily getting it as there may be many applicants, not much professional demand in Sg and within the same ethnic pool of applicants there might be many who are earning more

About 4 rejections in total since 2012 to date, and most recent one being Jan 2021...

I see your point, about specifics of role..
Thanks for the insights!

Retry after 2 years from rejection date keeping low hopes, keep plan B ready.

But after 4 rejections, you need something very significant than you current application factors to get it.

In one post you mentioned last rejection in Dec 2022, another post says last rejection is Jan 2021?
