Dear all,
We just arrived in Singapore will be staying for about 4 years. We have a 14 year old daughter who will be going to Overseas Family School and my wife works close to Raffles Hotel. We were hoping to live on the Red Line, possibly around Novena.
Our main reason for staying so close to town is that my wife wants to have access to both work and the school. And since we're only here for a few years, we want to spend as much time as possible at home and as little time as possible commuting. In other words, it's worth it for us to spend a little more and have a more central location.
Any hints?
All comments or suggestions are welcome!
Thank you in advance,
-J.

What is the unit size and budget you have in mind? HDB or
condo?

That might give you some pointers. You can work out some possibilities backwards.
Shame it's not downloadable into Excel.
p.s. A search on this site's
property portal will of course give you ads, but should also give you a good idea of typical M2 figures for 2 and 3 bed units in various
condos
