Singtel prepaid free roaming and incoming calls?

Helo, i have questions regarding singtel card.

I currently using singtel prepaid card overseas. Is there any way i got free incoming calls/ roaming while iam overseas?
My cousin called me from Sg yesterday and it cost like 4 dolars a minute...

I saw this ad from singtel prepaid top up, Yo! 18 and 10/20$ will give free incoming calls, will this give me free incoming call while im not in singapore as well?

Any advice will be great, thanks guys.

The "incoming" call on your Singapore number might be free, but you always pay IDD rates on the forwarding to your foreign roaming location.
In other words, No, it will stay that costly!
