I have been searching for Job Opportunities for Quality Assurance {Testing} for IT [Investment Bank of IT services company] in Singapore. I could not make out Job Market condition. will any one please let me know hows job market for Automation Testing Or Manual Testing is ?

Software testing is more of a volume game and most banks have started offshoring it to other low cost destinations over the last 3-4 years. I think this would be the trend and so I would not recommend you to leave your current job if you are already working some where else. Even if you manage to get something here, I am pretty sure that you will be perennially on tenterhooks wondering about the change in offshoring strategy.
