Not true mate. I am an analyst and a permanent employee in an international IB and make more than that.
My colleague who also got converted to permanent employee along with me but to the AVP level makes 120k PA.

I would like to believe that I am not an exception, so your range is definitely on the lower side or you are not working for an International IB or a permanent employee.

What's the actual salary range for VP and AVP in intl. IB? The the online report seems too low to me.

I'd be surprised if you got PR. Way too many Indians around now. If you were of the chosen race you'd be a shoo in.

Avp is 90k+ but typically 120k range. Vp is much higher, as you need to spend a significant amount of time on the avp role before you get to the vp role. Varies from bank to bank I guess.
