Why dont you join Singapore Expat Coffee on facebook. They have loads of ladie syour age group and some pregnant and some with new borns and toddlers.

Congrats on the pregnancy.

Also look for the New Mothers' Support Group on Facebook (or on google). They have regular outings for new, old and expecting mothers.
