NR, on a serious note, how about leaving a note? Let the owner know and let them know also that people will be watching that.

She's a maid in our
condo. The guards know of her, she's done the same thing to them and the dog on the condo grounds.
We actually found out her unit #. Am considering next steps.
A maid told you that? Wow. I'm surprised you couldn't tell she was a maid. I still can't decipher a lot of things here, but one thing I can spot a mile away now is a maid.

Been here for years and no, even being pretty familiar with the different types of people here couldn't really distinguish from the distance if she was a maid or not, from looks nor her English. Couldn't determine her nationality either.
The update is, when we went to the
condo management office, apparently she had already had a talking-to from them today.

Almost sounds like she might have been local or a local maid.

Are we sure that she is a live in maid? The unit number is that of her employer obviously, but it doesn't say that she lives there, she could come in the mornings and leave in the evenings or even work split shifts. The fact that she is admonishing others to leave Singapore to me, indicates that she is "at home" in Singapore, be it PR, new citizen or native. This might be why OP wasn't able to tell where she might have been from.

There are but it is very rare. My neighbour has a live-in Singaporean maid who is not even a relative (to those who are wondering). But the maid has mild mental handicap and has no home to go to.
