If i am coming on a student pass to singapore ,and if still get an oppurtunity during the student program be it day1 of me entering singapore or anytime during student days, what are chances of converting the student pass to employee pass? how many of them have been successful and I have a rare skill of technology as an experience.

I think the starting point would be to get a job offer and for the employee to make an application for the required permit. I don't know whether you have in mind to break/end your studies to achieve this.

But anyway I am unaware of any reason why you cannot seek employment while on a student pass... although it would of course not mean you will be approved for a permit, even if offered a job.

I hate to sound suspicious but isn't this post sounds like those foreigners who come here under pretext of student pass and try to hoodwink into flesh trade or increasingly-tight work visa?

I wouldn't wanna break my studies halfway, especially if I have to travel all the way from India to do it here.
