Hey guys, any idea where can I find craft soil (or simulated soil OR FAKE SOIL) here in Singapore?
This is one example.
Called over a dozen florist supply shops and none of them even heard of it. I haven't checked out Spotlight but wondering if anyone out here who knows something about it.
Thanks!

Isn't the pictures on the box enough illustration on what it's used for?

My thinking was if the need were clearer, a solution could be found.
If it is for 'potting up' artificial plants why not use regular potting soil? It is sterile.
Or, how about sand, with a layer of pebbles on top?
But, without knowing the intended use making suggestions is rather blind.

Ah, JR8, if I tell you, I will have to kill you
...and use that craft soil to bury you after I'm done

I dunno... that plant on the right side of the box... I think I had a grow room full of them at one time.

Haha all these jokes and we still have no clue as to where I can get them from
OKOK I'll come clean, I'm thinking of making landscape model of some sort so I need to use craft soil (and also some craft foliages - but I can manage those). Can't use actual soil for obvious reason.

Am not sure too what is this all about but try Far East Flora, Queensway. Go there in person and see what they have on board. They used to have many sorts of materials, gravels (various sizes starting from few mm), sand for sand boxes etc. Buy the ingredients, mix them up and voilà .. your own a-soil.
