Hi
I am a PEP holder, working for a foreign bank. I am thinking of investing in a friend's startup (eg: 30% stake). This will be a mostly a passive investment, with occasional advice and help.
I have read that PEP's are not allowed to do entrepreneurial activity. Will the above be a problem? What if the company is not registered in Singapore?
Thanks in advance.
