Hi,
I am presently In India.I got a job offer in Singapore and my employer prepared the documentation to file a S pass for me.I think they will start the processing in a day or two.
But, I got another job offer now from another employer, say E2 with a pretty better salary than the first one.The employer E2 is also ready to file a S pass or P2 employment pass for me.But this will take a weeks time.
I can't hold the first employer until a week as I already filled out all the information for the S pass and submitted to them. Also, In case if I tell my first employer that I am not interested to work them, there's a chance that I will end up loosing both the offers.
Once my S pass filed by my first employer is approved, can there be any other filing for me again from another employer either for S pass or P2 employment pass before I actually enter Singapore?
Please let me know if am not clear.
Thanks in advance.
Bye.

Greed will screw you up every time. You better contact the first company and tell them to either not file or to withdraw the application. Else you will through a spanner in the works. Hopefully.

To put it in a simple way, no, you cannot have two applications at the same time. If you really want E2 that badly, better call the first company to stop submission (or withdraw if already submitted).
It will be very bad situation for you if MOM sees two applications under your name at the same period of time and will probably deny approval for both.
Plus you're a foreigner and MOM is already trying to cut down the number of approvals. Don't give them a chance to make you part of that statistic.

Why should they do this? He already signed the contract.

Based on what I have read from OP's post, he only submitted the filled application form to the first employer.
And it has not been mentioned in OP's post if the application has already been submitted to MOM or not (let alone if the work pass has been approved or not).
