Yep. And people sometimes wonder why I get a wee bit acerbic at times, especially after 7 years on this board. Although they standards are getting worse, I dare say. :-/

My company applied for P1 and we got it. I initially wanted to go for PEP but was advised to go for P1 as its considered easier to get a P1 especially when you work for a well known company ('well know company = good company' is another debate). I will just stick to P1 as of now and go for PR when the time comes in a couple of years or so (and only if the knowledgeable people on this forum advice me to do so).

Trust me, some people on this forum know more than they show they do.
