Mattress/BoxSpring Dry Cleaning/Sanitizing Services??

I was wondering if anyone has used these services that dry sanitize and clean mattresses and sofas, etc.? I've found a couple in SG that offer this service. We have our container arriving from the US in a few weeks and we have a bed/boxspring and a sofa that has been in storage for 5 years..thinking it might be worth the service if they do what they say they do. Apparently they provide on-site service and use a UV Light or machine of sorts. Any feedback would be helpful, if you've used a service like this before in SG. Kind thanks!
