marketplace only for moderators?

Apparently the marketplace is only for moderators and i would like to put something on sale legally, but any advertisements would be deleted. How can i put my things on sale for singaporeans only? (the item i would like to put on sale is a rosewood furniture set) Thanks and sorry if i've broke any rules unknowingly. Do feel free to make suggestions~

That's simply because the forum is not for advertisements. This website does have an avenue for all expats and locals who intend to solicit for business or to advertise and it is called The Classifieds.
