Chances to get PR Aprroval

Hello everyone,

Im Vietnamese. Im married with Singapore Citizen. We did R.O.M in May 2010. We have 1 baby girl 7 months now.

Currently Im holding Work permit as Front desk Executive hotel. My husband is working as Croupier.

We applied PR after ROM 2010. We got rejected letter though we did appeal with MP for 3 times. I guessed the reason that I was not working and our marriage not even 2 years.

During pending PR status in 2011, my husband sumitted his Income tax and company letter. Me I submitted work permit pass and doctor letter as I was pregnant. However, the lastest rejection was in November 2011.

In this July coming, we make PR appoiment with ICA. Any suggesttion for My PR chances.

You said you are WP holder, so did you apply for permission from MOM to get married to a Singaporean citizen?

I came to Singapore in August 2008 to study Advanced dip in hospitality and tourism at private school. I got a job attachment 6 months with Wp pass.
I met my hubby in 2009 and decided to get married.

we applied marriage approval to MOM and got approval letter. Then I was on ltvp for 1 year and got a job with WP pass.

My daughter 7 mths is singapte citizen.
