Can LTVP+ apply PR?

Please advise on the following queries (I searched a lot on ICA website but could not found ICA related questions)

- Can LTVP+ holder apply for PR (if having a decent salary like 3K+)?

- If yes, how long LTVP+ has to wait to apply for PR?

- Can LTVP+ apply PR independently (like S-Pass / EP) OR LTVP+ holder needs sponsorship of Singaporean?

Apologies for two threads, new to this forum slowly learn the rules, requesting to have some info, you say already replied, I am still looking forward help on these queries:

- how long LTVP+ has to wait to apply for PR?

Not sure on the new scheme but based on previous BOG LTVP it can range from 2 to 5 years period

Nope, you can't that is the main idea, you have to be married to a local. It won't pass the first pole with your idea
