LTVP+ OR S-Pass?

Can anybody tell which pass one should apply if qualify for both passes (LTVP+ OR S-Pass)?

They're not the same thing. An employer would have to apply for the S-Pass for you, while a spouse would apply for LTVP+.

Actually I was asking for the benifits, which path should we choose?

Will LTVP+ be able to apply for PR in future?

and please aslo help to share like nowadays S-Pass / EP rejections what are the chances to get LOC rejected for LTVP+ ?

How long typically S-Pass takes for approval?

On form, MOM mentioned it takes up to 5-weeks, on MOM website it is written MOM process 80% S-Pass applications within 7 working days.....
