Citizenship application

Pls my wife wants to apply for citizenship on her own merit...She is 39yrs n has been living/working in Sg since 2000(Teacher-MOE)..with a salary of 4100 ,annual income of 60200(bonus inclusive).

She is from shanghai,China.(Singapore PR from 2004-date)....while am Im stil on social visit pass.

Question is ::we have a 9months daughter who is on ltsvp,can she be included in her application?

Lest I forget,she applied in June 2009 n was rejected n she wants to give it a try now she has a baby.

She can try to include daughter in her citizenship application but I doubt it will be approve. LTSVP then PR then on Citizenship is the protocol
