On another note, I think zzm's suggestion on FRANK account is a good one. In fact I'm gonna look at it myself too

No, I didn't. I was going to get one for my wife, but for whatever reason we wound up with a different OCBC account. I don't remember why. It was probably just higher commission for the sales guy.
