Has anybody, or any of your friends, stayed at the above
Service Apartment before? any feedback to share? They looked alright on their website, but just hoping to hear first hand feedback if there's any. Thanks.

My wife and I stayed there for about 45days 2 years ago while we were looking for a more permanent place. It was relatively deserted compared to the
condo I am staying at now but I guess it is expected for
Serviced Apartments. I would recommend it if you are working in the general vicinity. It is right next to a shopping centre called Festival Market with a fair price super market and other little shops including a food court which is convenient. There is a bus stop as well which should get you to either Hougang MRT or AMK. I would recommend it for
Short Term Stay. The apartment we stayed in was a 3 bedroom which should be big enough for a small family. It was generally clean and we did not have any issues.

Don't know anything about the
condo, but use Festival Market NTUC Fairprice all the time. I live 1 km away from it. It's in the midst of a major renovation project at the moment but Fairprice is still open.

I live in the Sophia Hills and go up and down the staircase to Plaza Singapura frequently. I was wondering if anyone who lives in the NOMU or Cathay...

I would think you would be better off trying some forum in JB seeing you are posting from the UK.

Shore Residences resident died in the apartment

Only two years did they find out she's dead? I mean..kind of puzzles me, why no one suspected any mishap that could have happened...

It crossed my mind. I have one neighbour like this. Then again, if she was 80++, stopped being seen and there would be this rather unmistaken stench...
