My understanding from what you are saying is you've been granted a visa to enter Singapore basically as a tourist, most likely a 30 day visa. You can then apply for a Long Term Visitors Pass (LTVP) as you are married to a Singapore Citizen. You will need to apply the LTVP as soon as you arrive as it will take a least 2 weeks probably. Do not that it is not guaranteed that the LTVP will be approved.

When you say: 'i apply for a my visa', can you explain what kind of visa you applied for?

Is it a visa to visit Singapore for a short holiday, as a tourist? Or were/are you applying to live there.

It's not clear how they might accept your appeal, but also say that you have apply again, but answering the first question above might help explain the situation.

I'm totally lost in the appeals and applications that you have gone through. It makes no sense to me but then I am not one the visa gurus here. Maybe someone else can help you.

Good luck.

now ICA reply my appeal as below:
i refer to the letter received by us.

pls be informed that u may submit a visa application online as the local sponsor via (SAVE) also at the self service terminal at ica building..Each application will be assessed on its own merits. do declare the antecedents, if any.

my question : Is this mean they will apprve my visit visa?

Why is the answer NO? Can you tell me the reason please.

This is my second appeal for visit visa. My wife has gone thru interview with ICA investigation before and got rejected. And we again sent appeal to them on April and we just received the reply early this week.
ICA reply and request my wife to apply visa on line as a sponsor.

My question - Base on the reply from ICA, did they accept my appeal ?

No.

The below statement means no determination has yet been made.

I guess the OP refers to a visitor visa. We take it for granted but for certain passport holders it's not easy to even get a visitor visa to Singapore. Pakistan passport holders are in this list: http://www.ica.gov.sg/services_centre_o ... pageid=252

OP, can you clarify this point? I'm not familiar with the visa process either but I thought someone may be able to give sound advice once they understand your situation.
