You can't. This is a country where the people don't think nothing of asking you how much you make, how old you are, why you look the way you do. Why would that be any different?
The easiest way is to just tell them you are vain and had PS done. Full Stop. If you are going to do it, why try to hide it?

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers

nose scars are inside. swelling wise around 2 weeks.
for the tape outside securing the nose right after surgery, depends on how long ur doctor want it to be there. some people with skin allergy may need to have the tape removed earlier. which makes u look normal. just that can see bruising around face area.
for eyes it can take a long time, dependent on what method of surgery used. cutting or sutures. quite impossible to conceal.
plastic surgery, only from single eyelid to double eyelid is most noticeable. lip and boobs augmentation also. other surgeries always end up with mega pain but subtle difference.
