Chances of getting PR for my wife and my son,

Dear Guys,

I am singapore PR for more than 6 years(Renewed last year), My wife and Son is in Long term visa,
we are from India, my wife who completed master Degree in a reputed university in India, married
2 years ago(may 2010), i had applied PR for my wife last year and got rejected after 8 months,
now its been more than 6 months, My son 4 months Old who born in singapore, I am working as a
Design Engineer earning 3500 SGD, Now i am planning to apply PR for my wife and son next month,

Guys Please advise me is it right time to apply PR?, or should we wait another 6 months?

You will be lucky if you got it now for wife. What' s the rush ?
Scooting to other place once you got PR ?
Look for a job if she is able to will be best ?
End of this year or next will be better
